December 13, 2010: Gulf Coast Humane Society Assists in Rescue of 20 Lehigh Acres Cats

FORT MYERS, Fla. (December 13, 2010) – The Gulf Coast Humane Society (GCHS) has transferred in 20 cats from Lee County Domestic Animal Services (LCDAS) that were among nearly 200 felines discovered in a vacant Lehigh Acres home last week.

September 28, 2010: Grand Opening of Canine Cove

 

FORT MYERS, Fla. (September 28, 2010) – The Gulf Coast Humane Society (GCHS) announces the grand opening of Canine Cove, a tropical-themed 24-dog capacity kennel on Saturday, October 9th from noon to 2:00pm. The ceremony and ribbon-cutting begins at noon.
